We service what we sell and feel everyone should, but with this in mind we also know that not everyone offers the fantastic services that we do here at Dale's. So in order to accommodate customers, we will do out of warranty service on any product we can get parts for; give us a call and we can give you further details. We will continue only to do warranty service on products we have sold and extended warranty service on extended service programs we have sold. Several years ago we went to a cash only policy. When you call after all of your information has been gathered, you will be asked how you will be paying for your call - CASH, CHECK, or CREDIT CARD; of those we accept Master Card, Visa & Discover. If you can not pay at the time of service. Then I am sorry, but you will have to schedule the call for a later date when payment can be made at the time of service, or you will have to look for help elsewhere. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience!
